This is our second direct trade coffee, courtesy of Calum Maciel Brough of Cals Coffee.
Fazenda Terra Preta is farmed by fourth generation coffee producers in the Alta Mogiana region. Cal's aunt Fernanda runs the farm and can be thanked, together with her loyal workers, for this delicious coffee.
Brazil will always mean espresso for us: you're getting big hits of the traditional chocolate and caramel flavours associated with Brazilian naturals, with a hint of citrus thrown in.
It's still great for filter, and Calvin finds ripe banana in there in place of the nectarine.
Unlike our Bom Jesus offering, we have very limited supply of this coffee. With the current climate disaster striking Brazilian coffee farms we have no idea whether we'll get our hands on any from the next harvest. Get yours now to guarantee a beautiful Brazilian coffee as we head into autumn.
