Tasting Notes: Black tea, Raspberry, Jasmine
Suitable for: Filter
Gareth loves Ethiopian coffee. It started at an afternoon tea in Warwickshire when he enjoyed a cafetiere of something that tasted distinct from anything he'd ever had before. Little did he know, that was the tip of the iceberg.
You'll get the best out of this washed coffee with any filter method from cafetiere to V60. It's a really clean, refreshing Ethiopian with the light floral undertones that the country's export is known for. You might pick out tart raspberry and a light thread of jasmine in the background. Gareth recommends grinding slightly finer than you might usually for filter methods.
Because we’re the smallest of small businesses we roast all orders once per week on a Saturday. Only orders received before 9am each Saturday are guaranteed to be roasted that day. If we have enough bags left over to fulfil late orders we will be happy to send those out ASAP, but otherwise orders received afterwards will be roasted the following week.
